Slides as Pendants

I have been posting daily over at nacramamo but will continue sharing some older works here.

These two are ones I made last year. During a store closing I'd picked up a bunch of slides at a discounted rate but I don't tend to make bracelets which work particularly well with them. Many had been sitting around for some time, so I decided to use them as pendants when possible.



While the one above relied mostly on the slides with just a monocolor E bead to complete the length, the one below used more of a mix of beads to employ different shades of purple with some spotted glass balls and creamy white E beads.

I'm glad you mentioned the colors! Because even though the slides are the stars, the E beads are actually this lustrous shade of amber that really gave a warmer feel to it.
