Cross Stitch Seashells

I finished these a few weeks back but only just got around to taking photographs a few days ago. Nevertheless, as promised, here are pics of the 6 seashell designs I stitched. I used 18 count antique white aida for these, and a single strand of thread, to make the designs small enough for use on greetings cards. Size wise, they're approximately 13.5 by 10 cm. The square one is obviously smaller. Putting both pics behind a cut for size reasons.

Thank you! They took quite a while to stitch, and some of the backstitch was a menace, but I'm pleased with the results.

I have some other completed designs I'll post over the coming days / weeks when I have time. I'm so far behind with posting pics!

I only just got back into it two or three years back after a lapse of a few years. Enjoying a lot of designs from the magazines that piled up while I wasn't actively stitching.

Thank you! Most of the designs I stitch are from cross stitch magazines. These appealed because of the subject matter, I'd never stitched seashells before, but also the colour scheme, very sun, sand and sea.
