Black Dragonfly and Rainforest Colors

This dragonfly pendant is very light and delicate so I decided to go with something small and light. I used varied shades of grey and black to match.

Included are hematite cylinders and balls, fire polish ovals, and glass seed beads.



I started laying some of these out to go with a different necklace but then decided it needed to be its own thing. When I finished, I thought this seemed very tropical. The blue beads of the water, and wood and green of forest made me think of Hawaii. Separated them with some gold bead ends and added a floral toggle for closure

I adore dragonflies! Been collecting dragonfly brooches since one landed on my belt buckle in town and stayed there all the way home. I had to walk, pushing my bike, so I wouldn't disturb it.
